2006 TAKS Tests with Answers On Line
I have posted the questions and answers for the Spring, 2006 TAKS tests, by grade and subject. The curriculum objectives for each question are also included. The tests were released by the Texas Education Agency as required by state law. You can find the tests by going to my web site at scotthochberg.com and clicking on "Texas TAKS Tests". I have posted these tests for three reasons. First, they are good practice materials for students, even though this year's tests will not use the same questions as last year's. Second, students who have already taken the tests, and their parents, may be interested in seeing the correct answers to the questions. And third, with all the debate about the merit of the tests, I think it's valuable to actually see what is being required of today's Texas students.
